POINT 104 TURBO POWER FIX is an extremely strong and fast SMP polymer-based hybrid adhesive for bonding most building materials, including vertical bonding of very heavy components. Such as ceramic tiles, bricks or stones. It achieves very high adhesion strength (20 t/m²) in 15 minutes. The adhesive strength after full curing is 38 kg/cm². The adhesive adheres well to most building and finishing materials, including metal, aluminum, glass, PVC, polyurethane, concrete, etc. It is suitable for bonding roof tiles, skirting boards, various types of panels, siding and plaster profiles. Can be used indoors and outdoors. The adhesive joint can be painted. It contains no thinners and is therefore not aggressive to any surface.
Surfaces must be clean and dry, free of grease and oil. Cut off the end of the cartouche tip and screw on the nozzle provided. Insert the cartouche into the syringe gun and fill the nozzle with glue by pressing the trigger of the gun several times. The adhesive is applied in strips to the surface or to the element to be bonded. After application of the adhesive, bond the surfaces by pressing firmly. Strips of 5 mm width are usually sufficient.
Store in a vertical position in a dry place at a temperature between +5 °C and +25 °C. Expiry date: 18 months from the date of manufacture, in compliance with the storage rules. Frost resistance during transport -15 °C. Plastic cartridge 290 ml, number of cartridges per box– 12 pcs.
