Aluminium Effect and Anticorrosion
INRAL Alu Zinc helps restore and protect galvanized surfaces such as roofs, gutters, window sills, fences, etc. It is also used in heavy industry for the manufacture of pipes and other equipment. The paint is used at home for painting racks, caravans, wheelbarrows, bicycles and other items.
Enamel for Ceramics
Over time, ceramic surfaces can be scratched and lose their original appearance. INRAL Ceramics spray paint covers the surface with enamel that creates a high-quality, durable finish resistant to abrasion, cracks and scratches even where temperature fluctuates.
Heat Resistant Spray Paint
For surfaces that are often exposed to high temperatures, Tegra State has developed spray paints that are heat resistant.
One of the products is INRAL Radiator spray paint which is specifically designed to create a white, non-yellowing finish for radiators, boilers or other surfaces that are often heated up to +100 °C. For lower heat loss, cover the wall behind a radiator with our aluminium specialized tapes.
Another paint line is INRAL Thermal dedicated for hot surfaces heated up to 200-800 °C. These high-temperature spray paints are suitable for stoves, heaters, radiators, grills, boilers and other surfaces exposed to heat.
Marking Spray Paint
INRAL Fluomarker spray paints are used to mark areas with temporary paint. It is often used for marking trees, bridges, roads, sports fields or other areas while planning. The special formula creates a fluorescent marking effect in daylight and the paint fades away without any cleanup after 3-6 months.
Application Guide for Spray Paints
- Specialized paints, except Fluomarkers, like other painting products, require clean and degreased surfaces.
- The spray paint can should be shaken vigorously for about 2 minutes before use.
- Hold the spray can approximately 20 centimetres from the surface for better results.
- Apply thin cross coats of spray paint with a few minutes’ pause between coats to achieve even coverage.
- When finished, turn the can upside down and clean the nozzle by holding it down for a few seconds.
The Fluomarker paint has slightly different application because of its purpose. Shaking is still needed. Spray perpendicular to the surface at a distance of 1-2 cm for a thin line or 5-20 cm for a thicker line or dot. To decorate, spray at a distance of 20 cm in 2-4 layers every few minutes. The last step, cleaning, is not needed for these paints as they are designed to be used at any 360° angle.
Full usage instructions are given in the technical documentation of each product.
Useful Tips for Spray Painting
- Clean surfaces ensure that paint adheres well and remains durable without peeling off.
- Separate layers of paint should be applied in cross layers as it helps with more even coverage.
- All surfaces should not be hot during painting.
- Spray paints are usually applied in a temperature between +10 °C and +25 °C.
Safety and Environment
These paints do not contain lead or chromium compounds and do not deplete the ozone layer.
Personal protection equipment (gloves, goggles, respirator) is recommended while using any solvent-based paints.
