High Temperature Sealants
Heat resistance – some joints are exposed to increased heat and standard sealants are not an option there. In this case, depending on the heat level, we recommend FOME FLEX High Temperature Silicone THERMO 315 °C or FOME FLEX Heat Resistant Sealant KAMIN 1500 °C, which offer proven high-temperature resistance.

Specialized sealants are designed to perform reliably under specific conditions such as extreme temperatures, constant moisture, or chemical exposure, whereas standard sealants are designed for general-purpose use.
Depending on the temperature the sealant will be exposed. If there is constant heat up to +315 °C – FOME FLEX High Temperature Silicone THERMO 315 °C is resistant to this temperature after curing. FOME FLEX Heat Resistant Sealant KAMIN 1500 °C is resistant up to +250 °C of constant heat, but it can withstand short periods of heat up to +1500 °C.
