Black INRAL Spray Paint THERMAL is designed for coating surfaces exposed to high temperatures, such as stoves, heaters, grills, boilers or other high-temperature metal elements. The silicone-based paint is resistant to high temperatures of up to +800 °C. It provides durable protection to surfaces against high temperatures.

The spray paint enamel dries quickly – it becomes touch dry in approximately 20 minutes. After application and drying, the coating must be heat-cured at 220 °C for 30 minutes. Heat curing strengthens the coating and helps achieve its heat-resistant properties.

One can covers approximately 2 m2. It creates a white, matte finish. Depending on the surface, 1 or 2 coats of paint are recommended.

INRAL Spray Paint THERMAL contains no lead or chromium compounds and does not contribute to ozone layer depletion. The coating is suitable for surfaces exposed to temperatures exceeding +200 °C.

Clean and degrease the surface. Shake the can vigorously for 1 min. Spray evenly on the surface at a distance of 30 cm. Most effective when applied as a thin coat, with breaks, in several layers.

After the paint has dried, the painted elements should be heated at 220 °C for 0.5 hours to cure the paint.

When finished, turn the can upside down and clean the pulveriser by holding it down for a few seconds.

Store upright in a dry place at +5°C to +25°C. Do not expose the cans to direct sunlight or heat above 50°C. Transport temperature from -15°C to +25°C, avoid direct sunlight and heat up to 50°C.
