POINT 203 FOLIE&MEMBRANE FIX is a strong and elastic adhesive-sealant based on a modified acrylic dispersion for the bonding and sealing of various films. It is used for fixing and sealing vapor, diffusion, aluminum, polyethylene, polyamide and other films and membranes on surfaces such as plaster, concrete, wood and metal. The adhesive is characterized by strong and fast adhesion. It adheres instantly without the need to separate and wait for the film to form. It complies with the requirements of the DIN4108-7 certificate for thermal insulation and energy saving in buildings, making it perfect for the construction or renovation of high-energy class houses.
Cut off the end of the cartouche tip and screw on the nozzle provided. Insert the cartouche into the syringe gun and fill the nozzle with adhesive by pressing the trigger of the gun several times. Squeeze the glue onto one of the surfaces to be bonded. The adhesive/sealant must be applied to the surface continuously as shown in the figure. Apply to the roof membrane or the side of the structural element as shown. Join the elements to be bonded. The optimum width of the joint for sealing is 25 mm and for bonding 3 to 4 mm. Application temperature from +5°C to +40°C. Temperature resistance after curing from -20°C to +75°C.
Store in a vertical position in a dry place at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C. Expiry date: 18 months from the date of manufacture, in compliance with the storage rules.
