Vinyl polymer-based flexible building sealant used for sealing roofs and facades. It can be used in all seasons, as the working temperature of the sealant ranges from -10 °C to +30 °C. Suitable for sealing and repairing attic window flanges, chimneys, roof coverings, for applying roofing membranes and films and for quick repair of leaks in roofs and gutters, even in the rain. Seals even submerged surfaces. UV and mold resistant. Shows excellent adhesion to many building materials. Compatible with bitumen and roofing membranes.

Surfaces must be clean and free of grease. Before use, cut off the end of the cartouche and screw on the nozzle provided. Insert the cartouche into the syringe pistol, then fill the nozzle with adhesive by pressing the trigger of the gun several times. Skin formation takes 10– 20 minutes. Joint with a thickness of 0.5– 1 mm cures within 24 h. Working temperature from -10°C to +30°C. Temperature resistance of the joint after curing: -20°C to +90°C.

Store in a vertical position in a dry place at a temperature between +5 °C and +25 °C. Expiry date: 24 months from the date of manufacture, in compliance with the storage rules.
