FOME FLEX ALL SEASON MEGA PISTOL Mounting Foam is a high yield, professional polyurethane mounting foam designed for year-round installation, sealing and insulation applications. Suitable for installing window and door frames and other constructions, sealing joints, filling cavities and cracks, bonding roof tiles and providing thermal insulation. It is suitable for work in ambient temperature from –20 °C to +30 °C. The mounting foam prevents the formation of mould.

The foam yield is up to 65 litres. The foam has approximately 80% secondary expansion, helping it fill larger gaps and cavities during installation. Its thermal conductivity of 0.036 W/mK provides effective thermal insulation. After curing the foam withstands temperatures from –60 °C to +100 °C.

Cutting can be done after 30 minutes. Full curing time 24 hours. Sound attenuation index 61 dB.

Excellent adhesion to:

  • Wood;
  • Concrete;
  • Any metals;
  • Hard plastics;
  • Bricks;
  • Plasterboard;
  • EPS and XPS;
  • Roof tiles.

Areas of application:

  • Installation and sealing of window and door frames;
  • Thermal and acoustic insulation;
  • Filling cracks, cavities and gaps;
  • Insulating pipes;
  • Sealing roof, wall and floor joints.

FOME FLEX ALL SEASON MEGA PISTOL Foam combines high yield, all-season application and effective gap filling with thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Its high secondary expansion makes it suitable for filling larger gaps and cavities in window and door installation, sealing and insulation applications.

Users manual – thoroughly clean and moisten the work surface. Shake the vial vigorously and screw on the gun. Invert the vial with the valve facing down. To adjust the mounting foam spray flow, rotate the valve on the back of the gun handle. Fill the cavity with foam. If the foam is used at low temperatures, the vial must be warmed to +18 °C by placing it in warm water or a warm room. Do not wet the surface at air temperatures below 0 °C. Residues of uncured foam are best cleaned with FOME FLEX Foam Cleaner. Remove hardened foam mechanically.
