POINT High Tack is a hybrid technology MS Polymer based construction adhesive with extremely strong primary adhesion. Suitable for gluing many building materials even on wet surfaces. Forms an extremely strong and always elastic joint. Allows the attachment of extremely heavy building elements without support or holding it. Odorless, non-aggressive to any material, suitable for outdoor and indoor use, paintable. Free of isocyanates, phthalate silicone and diluents. Specially designed for gluing very heavy building elements without support. Forms an extremely strong and long-lasting bond with most building materials, such as: stone, concrete, metal, PVC, gypsum, ceramics, metals, wood, gypsum board and others. Tensile strength (adhesion force)- 22 kg / cm2.
Users manual – all surfaces must be free of dust, clean, free of grease and oil. Application temperature from + 5°C to + 40°C. Cut off the tip end of the cartridge and screw the V-shaped tip provided. Insert the cartridge into the syringe gun and fill the nozzle with glue by pressing the trigger of the gun several times. Squeeze the glue onto one of the surfaces to be glued with strips. Press the surfaces to be glued together. Due to the extremely high primary adhesion force, maintenance is usually not necessary. Residues of uncured adhesive can be wiped off with a cloth or tissue. The film forms in 10 minutes. Fully hardens (2-3 mm) in 24 hours. The yield of one vial is 5-6 meters of seam. Temperature resistance after hardening – 40°C … + 90°C.
Store upright in a dry place at a temperature of + 5°C to + 25°C. Shelf life – 18 months from the date of manufacture, in accordance with the storage rules. Quantity in the box – 12 pcs. Quantity on the pallet – 1248 pcs. The weight of one vial is 0.520 kg. Transport temperature – 15°C to + 25°C.
