SKU: 03-4-0-105
Colour: White
Volume: 290 ml
  • Extremely strong and fast initial adhesion
  • Very high adhesion force: 22 kg/ cm2
  • Extremely elastic. Tensile strength up to 335%
  • Excellent adhesion to most building materials

POINT High Tack is a white colour hybrid technology MS Polymer based construction adhesive with extra strong initial adhesion. Bonds to most building materials, even on wet surfaces. Forms a very strong and always elastic joint. Allows the attachment of extra heavy construction elements without support.

Odourless, non-aggressive to any substance, for indoor and outdoor applications, paintable.

Free from isocyanates, phthalates, silicones and diluents.

Specially designed for gluing very heavy building elements without supporting them.

POINT High Tack adhesive forms an extremely strong and long-lasting bond/seal with most building materials such as: stone, concrete, metal, PVC, gypsum, ceramics, metals, wood, plasterboard and other.

Tensile strength (bonding force)– 22 kg/cm2.

Certificates:

Emicode certification icon

EMICODE® certification is for control of emissions of adhesives and building materials association quality mark. Tests according to ISO 16000 focus on VOC (volatile organic compounds) behavior, according to which POINT High Tack meets the highest EMICODE EC1 PLUS criteria – very low emissions.

M1 - Emission class for building material label

The product is classified by the Finnish Building Information Foundation RTS as a class M1 building material – after curing they are odourless and do not emit TVOC, formaldehyde, ammonia and MDI.

A+ French VOC Regulation label

A+ French VOC Regulation. This regulation stipulates that any new product introduced to the French market must be labeled with the emission class according to the emissions emitted by the product after 28 days, tested according to ISO 16000 and calculated according to the European reference room.

It is not suitable to use:

  • gluing PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates.
  • permanent exposure to water.
  • use with chlorides.

Users manual – all surfaces must be free of dust, clean, free of grease and oil. Application temperature from + 5°C to + 40°C. Cut off the tip end of the cartridge and screw the V-shaped tip provided. Insert the cartridge into the syringe gun and fill the nozzle with glue by pressing the trigger of the gun several times. Squeeze the glue onto one of the surfaces to be glued with strips. Press the surfaces to be glued together. Due to the extremely high primary adhesion force, maintenance is usually not necessary. Residues of uncured adhesive can be wiped off with a cloth or tissue. The film forms in 10 minutes. Fully hardens (2-3 mm) in 24 hours. The yield of one vial is 5-6 meters of seam. Temperature resistance after hardening – 40°C … + 90°C.
