FOME FLEX THERMO ISOLATION A++ is an innovative, high-performance spray polyurethane foam insulation designed for precise thermal protection of difficult-to-reach or irregularly shaped surfaces, such as curved, uneven, cylindrical, convex, or polygonal areas.

This A++ energy-rated one-component foam offers strong adhesion to most common building materials, including wood, masonry, metal, glass, and many plastics (except Teflon and polyethylene). It quickly expands and hardens to form a seamless, airtight, and moisture-resistant barrier that helps prevent heat loss and improves energy efficiency.

Once cured, FOME FLEX THERMO ISOLATION A++ can be easily cut, sanded, plastered, and painted, making it ideal for both residential and commercial insulation projects.

Thanks to its fast application and superior insulating properties, it is a highly effective solution for eliminating thermal bridges, protecting against wind and moisture infiltration, and enhancing overall building performance. Its popularity is rapidly growing worldwide as a preferred choice in modern insulation technology.

Clean the working surfaces from dust, dirt and grease, moisten by spraying. Shake the can, screw on the gun, put a special nozzle (in the kit) on its top. Blue nozzle is for vertical surfaces and black nozzle is for ceilings. Open the gun valve to the maximum. Spray on the surface from a distance of 30-45 cm, fully pressing the trigger of the gun. The sprayed layer must not be thicker than 2 cm (an additional layer can be applied after 20 minutes). While working, periodically shake the can with the gun. After coating the surface, wet the insulating material by spraying water.

Working environment temperature: from +5 °C to +30 °C.

Recommended working temperature of the vial: +18 °C … +30 °C. It finally hardens within 24 h.
