  • Extremely strong and fast initial adhesion
  • Very high adhesion force: 22 kg/ cm2
  • Extremely elastic. Tensile strength up to 335%
  • Excellent adhesion to most building materials

POINT HIGH TACK is a high-strength MS Polymer based white hybrid construction adhesive with extra strong initial adhesion, designed for mounting heavy building materials without temporary support. MS polymer hybrid technology combines strength and flexibility providing reliable bonding and durability. Bonds to most building and construction materials, even on wet surfaces. Forms a very strong and permanently elastic joint.

POINT HIGH TACK performance characteristics:

The adhesive is odourless, for indoor and outdoor applications and paintable, making it versatile in construction applications.

It is free from isocyanates, phthalates, silicones and diluents – that makes it non-aggressive to building materials.

It is specially designed for mounting very heavy building elements without supporting them.

POINT HIGH TACK adhesive forms an extremely strong and long-lasting bond/seal with most building materials such as: stone, concrete, metals, PVC, gypsum, ceramics, wood, plasterboard and other common construction materials.

A tensile strength (bonding force) of 22 kg/cm2 ensures that the elements are fixed securely after installing them.

Excellent adhesion to:

  • Concrete, bricks, plaster;
  • Wood, MDF, OSB boards;
  • Metal;
  • Glass;
  • Ceramics, stone;
  • Cork;
  • Hard PVC;
  • Gypsum and plasterboards;
  • Polystyrene.

Application areas for adhesive:

The hybrid adhesive POINT HIGH TACK is designed for bonding and installing heavy construction elements without support.

  • Installing skirting boards;
  • Installing decorative wall panels;
  • Installing window sills and trimmings;
  • Mounting shelf holders and wooden elements;
  • Bonding decorative stone or ceramics;
  • Fixing metal house numbers or plates;
  • Installing outdoor decoration elements.

Not suitable for:

  • Gluing PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates.
  • Permanent exposure to water.
  • Do not use with chlorides.

Certificates:

EMICODE® certification is for control of emissions of adhesives and building materials association quality mark. Tests according to ISO 16000 focus on VOC behaviour, according to which POINT HIGH TACK meets the highest EMICODE EC1 PLUS criteria – very low emissions, contributing to healthier indoor air quality after installation.

The product is classified by the Finnish Building Information Foundation RTS as a class M1 building material, confirming that after curing it is odourless and does not emit TVOC, formaldehyde, ammonia and MDI.

A+ French VOC Regulation – confirms the product meets the highest French indoor air emission requirements for construction products.

POINT HIGH TACK hybrid adhesive provides exceptional bonding strength for heavy construction elements while maintaining permanent elasticity to accommodate small structural movements and temperature-related expansion.

Users manual – all surfaces must be free of dust, clean, free of grease and oil. Application temperature from + 5°C to + 40°C. Cut off the tip end of the cartridge and screw the V-shaped tip provided. Insert the cartridge into the syringe gun and fill the nozzle with glue by pressing the trigger of the gun several times. Squeeze the glue onto one of the surfaces to be glued with strips. Press the surfaces to be glued together. Due to the extremely high primary adhesion force, maintenance is usually not necessary. Residues of uncured adhesive can be wiped off with a cloth or tissue. The film forms in 10 minutes. Fully hardens (2-3 mm) in 24 hours. The yield of one vial is 5-6 meters of seam. Temperature resistance after hardening – 40°C … + 90°C.
