  • Minimal holding time: Only 1–2 minutes depending on material size/weight
  • Quick curing: Fully cured in 15 minutes, cuttable in 10 minutes
  • High strength: Strong bonding power with 18 kg/cm² tensile strength
  • Efficient coverage: One can covers up to 95 meters (3 cm seam width) or 14 m² of surface
  • Safe to use: Meets EMICODE EC1 Plus standards, safe for human health

Main Uses:

Ideal for both professionals and DIY projects, FOME FLEX 60 SECONDS FAST FIX is perfect for:

  • Installing insulation panels (EPS, XPS, NEOPOR, PIR, PF)
  • Fixing cladding panels of any size
  • Bricklaying and masonry repair
  • Installing decorative elements, steps, skirting boards, and window sills

Excellent Adhesion To:

  • Polystyrene (EPS, XPS, NEOPOR)
  • Polyurethane (PIR) and phenolic foam (PF)
  • Concrete, masonry, and wood
  • Tiles (ceramic, stoneware)
  • Metal, plaster, OSB, and aluminum

Instructions for use. Shake the tube vigorously, screw on the gun. Clean and moisten the work surface thoroughly. Wetting is important as it accelerates curing. Invert the tube with the valve downwards. Rotate the valve at the end of the gun handle to adjust the flow rate of the mounting foam. Spray the adhesive seam 3 cm from the surface to be bonded. After spraying, wait 1 min. and press the adhesive material against the surface. Hold for 1-2 minutes depending on weight. Correction time: 2 min. Use at least 10% of the surface for large panels. After just 10 minutes the polyurethane adhesive will have the correct mechanical strength and the work can be continued. Ambient temperature for use +5 ℃ to +35 ℃. If the foam is used at low temperatures, warm up tube to +18 °C in warm water or a warm room. Residues of uncured foam are best cleaned with Foam Cleaner Fome Flex. Remove dried foam mechanically.
