GUDFOR A++ Thermal Insulation is a one-component polyurethane thermal insulation spray designed to reduce cold bridges on hard-to-reach, complex shapes, uneven or irregular surfaces. Developed in collaboration with finishing and insulation professionals, it enables fast insulation of complex shapes that are difficult to cover with traditional insulation boards.

The spray insulation foam has strong adhesion to most building materials including wood, masonry, metal, glass and many plastics except Teflon, polyethylene (PE). GUDFOR A++ fast curing material forms a protective layer that protects against air and moisture infiltration and heat loss by filling in cold bridges.

When completely dry, it can be cut, sanded, puttied, plastered and painted. GUDFOR A++ provides an effective and fast solution for cold bridges, moisture and wind insulation, based on one-component polyurethane, the use of which for building insulation is rapidly gaining popularity and growing worldwide. The insulation also contributes to airborne sound reduction, with a sound reduction index of up to 60 dB.

Application areas:

  • Insulating the walls, roofs, attics, façades, foundations and balconies of residential and commercial buildings.
  • Thermal insulation of minibuses, enclosed trailers and refrigerated lorries.
  • Insulating pipework.
  • Sealing and insulating service penetrations.
  • Insulating heating tanks and wells.
  • Insulating baths.

Excellent adhesion to:

  • Wood;
  • Concrete;
  • Most of metals;
  • PVC;
  • Bricks;
  • Plasterboard panels;
  • EPS and XPS;
  • Tiles.

GUDFOR A++ Thermal Insulation provides insulation professionals with a reliable solution for the reduction of cold bridges in hard-to-reach, complex shapes, uneven, cylindrical, convex or polygonal surfaces where the insulation boards cannot fit or facilitate complex surface geometry.

Thermal bridges are areas where heat escapes through walls or roofs and reduces the energy efficiency of buildings and causes heat loss. Polyurethane spray foam insulation helps reduce these losses by creating a continuous insulating layer on surfaces where traditional insulation boards cannot be easily installed.

Users manual – clean work surfaces from dust, dirt and grease, moisten by spraying. Shake the vial, screw on the gun, place the special tip (included in the kit) on the tip of the gun beak. Open the gun valve as much as possible. Spray on the surface at a distance of 30-45 cm., pressing the trigger of the gun completely. The spray layer should not be thicker than 3-5 cm. (an additional layer can be applied after 20 minutes). Shake the gun vial periodically while working. After coating the surface, moisten the insulating material by spraying with water. Working ambient temperature: +5°C to +35°C. Recommended working temperature of the vial: +18°C … +25°C. Fully hardens in 24 hours. Thermal resistance after hardening -80°C…+120°C. The film forms in 10 minutes.
