POINT PENOPLAST Pistol Glue Foam is a high-performance polyurethane adhesive foam with strong initial adhesion and almost no secondary expansion, it is developed for bonding insulation boards and a wide range of construction, installation and renovation applications. Excellent adhesion to polystyrene insulation boards (NEOPOR, EPS, XPS), polyurethane boards, wood, concrete, ceramics, metal, plaster, OSB, etc.

The adhesive foam is suitable for all seasons as its application temperature ranges from -10 °C to +35 °C. Up to 10 m2 of thermal insulation boards can be glued with one canister. It does not dissolve polystyrene. The adhesive foam provides fast installation – initial tack time is only 3 minutes. It fully cures in 4 hours, therefore the temporary support can be removed quickly allowing faster installation. The low secondary expansion allows for precise positioning and bonding.

Users manual – thoroughly clean and moisten the work surface.

Shake the canister vigorously and screw on the gun. Always keep the canister upside down during operation. To adjust the adhesive foam spray flow, rotate the valve on the back of the foam gun handle. Apply a seam from a distance of 3 cm from the surface. After application, wait 3 minutes and apply the bonded material to the surface. Apply the foam glue over the entire perimeter of the board. If the perimeter of the panel is larger than 0.5 m2, cover with additional strips in the middle.

Correction time is 5 minutes. Cutting time – 30 minutes. Suitable for outdoor and indoor work.

Thermal resistance after hardening -35 °C … +90 °C.

Store upright in a dry place at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C. Shelf life – 18 months from the date of manufacture, in accordance with the storage rules. Protect the vials from direct sunlight and heat above 50°C. Quantity in the box – 12 pcs. The weight of one vial is 0.800 kg. Transport temperature -5°C to +25°C.
